Nathan Firlings had 41 points as Nonnewaug ripped Housatonic, 96-73, in Berkshire League boys basketbal action Friday in Falls Village.
Jacob Matta added 20 points for the Chiefs.
Jeremiah Kendall had 23 points and Miguel Rivera 21 in Crosby’s 74-65 win over Wilby. Christian Harris led Wilby with 23 points.
Joe O’Toole had 22 points to lead O’Brien Tech over Wolcott Tech, 73-37.
Cristyan Clase had 26 points for Ansonia as it fell to Torrington, 68-61.
D.J. Kahn and Noah Daigle each had 16 points to lead Thomaston to a 50-41 win over Litchfield.
Cole Chudoba scored 24 points to lead Oxford over Derby, 69-57.
Chase Belden had 16 points as Pomperaug routed New Milford, 76-54.
Josh Schibi scored 19 points as Lewis Mills rolled over Terryville, 61-31.
Garrett Sattazahn had 29 points for Wamogo as it beat Northwestern, 72-60.
Kyle LaMay recorded 28 points, including six 3-pointers, to lead Shepaug over Gilbert, 90-51.
Shane Swierbitowicz had 31 points and 14 rebounds for Naugatuck as it defeated Woodland, 79-45.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Anna Chevarella had 34 points for Derby as it defeated Oxford, 54-51. Amelia Carloni added 17 points for the Red Raiders.
Casey Carangelo dropped in 27 points to lead Thomaston to a 48-29 victory over Litchfield.
Brie Pergola had 17 points to lead Torrington to a 51-28 win over Ansonia.
Treasure Coleman netted 21 points to lead Sacred Heart as it defeated WCA, 64-51. Armani Weaver had 24 points for the Spartans.
Janessa Gonzalez had 21 points and 10 rebounds for St. Paul as it defeated Seymour, 55-46.
Jordyn Forte scored 17 points for Watertown in a 56-47 win over Wolcott. Raven Cody scored 33 points for the Eagles, including seven 3-pointers.
Morina Bojka netted 24 points as Woodland rallied in the fourth quarter for a 46-39 win over Naugatuck.
Liz Wexler scored 15 points to lead Gilbert to a 54-22 win over Shepaug.
Sam Chadwick scored 18 points as Lewis Mills (6-2) rolled past Terryville, 56-17.
