The Litchfield High golf team tied for second at the Division IV championship Tuesday at Fairview Farm Golf Course in Harwinton.
Portland won the team title with a 306, followed by the Cowboys and Morgan, each with 328. Holy Cross (330) took fourth.
Nathan Leigh led Litchfield with a nine-place finish of 79 on the par-72 course. Chandler Boucher and Don Protzman tied for 11th with an 80, Chris Parsons shot 89 and Tom Simoncelli 94.
Mike Mencio led the Crusaders with an 81, followed by Greg Picard, Vin Grazinao and Ben Mahler (83 each). Alex Matos shot 86.
Shea Zaccagnini led Sacred Heart with 86.
